We are hiring ! Looking for new Operations Coordinator

We are looking for a new Operations Coordinator to join our operations & sales team and work with our global installations and sales activities. We offer you a front row role to a global offshore business where our customers work with offshore Oil&Gas and Wind Power. For day-to-day operations, you will work with our very large, international customers and arrange installation scopes, schedules and other practicalities required so that our installations are carried out successfully. For the sales part, you will help our sales team with the sales operations and related practicalities.

In order to succeed, you need to be able to:

• Multitask and be organized while dealing with multiple tasks and projects at the same time.

• Have a good stress tolerance, attention to details, and ability to meet deadlines.

• Communicate clearly and fluently in English- both with our international customers and internally.

• Have some flexibility when you work as things may sometimes happen in the evenings and weekends – our operation is truly global

• Enjoy fast paced, truly international work environment where our customers are global and team placed both in Finland and Estonia

• Positive, open minded team player with “get it done”-attitude (for small team this is essential)
